All rebuild and maintenance follows lean process and strategies to boost productivity and quality. Technicians undergo continuous training to ensure that they preserve and advance their product rebuild knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Whilst pre-hire maintenance is important we’re also conscious of the ongoing maintenance required to keep machines performing whilst operating in the underground environment. All of our machines are commissioned onsite as part of our “on-hire process”. Our maintenance partner mobilises a technician to run the machine up and ensure it goes to work with minimal fuss. In the case of drilling equipment, we tune the machine to your ground conditions and optimise its performance to ensure you get value from the drill.
